2002 / Funk Das Licht 2002: Timbo's Revenge (TI-92+ Edition) Funk Das Licht 2002: Timbo's Revenge - TI-92+ EditionIf you have not read about the first two games, now would be a good time. A new calculatorIn the end of the school year 2001/02, my TI-30+ calculator suddenly died, and as we had to get a better calculator for the next semester anyway, I went for a TI-92 Plus, a nice graphic calculator with full keyboard and a nice, big display. It wasn't long until I spotted a C compiler that could compile C code into assembler binaries for the aforementioned calculator: TIGCC. So I started porting the old Funk Das Licht! codebase to a new processor architecture: the TI-92 Plus Graphic Calculator! 2002-09-28: Funk Das Licht! 2002: Timbo's RevengeI announced this game to the world back then on my website with the following message (in German):
It's a neat game, even though it has been my first try on programming for the TI-92+ (as stated above). You can download the package here: fdl2002.zip (1780b) Screen shots
This can't seriously have been all, right?Right. The Funk Das Licht Saga was seemingly dead after the 2002 TI-92+ hackfest, but all was not lost, as in early December 2006, thp once again found the time let the spirit live on. Meet Funk Das Licht 2.9: The Pythonified Licht Hunt. |
